Instance in error state but not in error profiles
Diagnoses
Upon workspace there is a process instance can be seen in error state.
However if you have a look in the workspace error profile nothing in reference to process instance shows here.
Resolution
Deleting the process instance from database itself managed to resolve the issue. The process instance that was in error state upon workspace no longer persisted.
