Hi,

Has anyone succeeded installing K2 on Windows Azure using the Managed SQL Database Service? I have tried going about it in 2 ways:

1. I created a database in the Azure Management Portal and tried to get the K2 installer to use this database. However I got an error saying "the selected database is running in an unsupported database format" . I cannot find any place to change the format of the database

2. I tried to get K2 to create the database for me. However I got an error that the user does not have Database Creator permissions.

Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks!
