Yes. tried the create option from smartobejct tester. it creates a record but it doesnt trigger off my workflow. I cant see that record in workspace.

This seems to be a very simple workflow to insert bulk of records into a smartobject and when insert is pressed, it should kick-off a workflow and advance for further Approval , that will load all those records, right ?

You already have a smart object, just create a view with editable list items and then smartform to insert records and trigger the workflow upon submission. In the Approval task, just load the smartform again.

I do not know the detailed scenario but it should not that tough I guess.
