Inline function: Get file from location access denied
 

Diagnoses

When trying to use the inline function called get file from location to obtain a file from a UNC path, the following error occurs: Access Denied.

K2 service account has permissions to the file share and security rights to the sub folders and files.


 

Resolution

The Get file from location function had a filename field - so start by separating the filename from the full path.

Include the filename in the fullpath as well as providing the same filename in the field above.

The access denied error will not appear here after.
