Initial SmartForm Load is Very Slow
Diagnoses
The initial page load seems to take anywhere between 10 and 20 seconds, whereas subsequent page refreshes are maybe 1 to 3 seconds.
Resolution
This is a known in in K2 Form Viewer web part..
The only workaround here is to use the Sharepoint page viewer web part which should enhance the performance.
