I have a new request for a project where I have to initiate and controlled the workflow using the Webservice.
Can anyone share a case study or codes if possible which can help me to start integrating k2 workflows through WCF services.

I would suggest first taking a look at the WCF Service object on blackmarket. It may give you a good start

I would recommend taking a look at the out of the box K2 Web Services available in the latest versions of the product. With these services you can initiate and control processes easily.
