Anyone experience this?

Clicking submit on the InfoPath form that starts the process throws an error every once in a while (not every time). The correlation ID leads to this error...

The following data connection (DOMAINUser) has timed out(User: MaterialMattersInitiation, Form Name: , IP: https://<sharepoint server>/IT/_layouts/FormServer.aspx?XsnLocation=https://<sharepoint server>/IT/MaterialMattersInitiation/Forms/MaterialMattersInitiation-myXSD-2012-11-28T14-28-54.xsn&SaveLocation=https://<sharepoint server>/IT/MaterialMattersInitiation&ClientInstalled=true&Source=https://<sharepoint server>/IT/Pages/MaterialMattersAdmin.aspx&DefaultItemOpen=1, Request: urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:infopath:MaterialMattersInitiation:-myXSD-2012-11-28T14-28-54, Form ID: (null)).

It's a basic form, so the only thing happening is the web submit to K2. However.. the process starts. So it didn't time out.. What gives?
