Well i don't know how i can benefit from the Required field feature in Infopath, if the Element is in a view that will appear later in the workflow and not as default view.
We have a view in which there are 3 required fields but this view will show up at the 3rd level of the WorkFlow. When i'm filling the first view i'm being asked to fill the required fileds but they are not being showed on the screen.
How can i solve this issue??

When I've needed to do this type of view specific validation I have created a data validation rule on the desired field that checks to see if it is in the desired view and if the fiield is blank. Once an InfoPath form is integrated with K2 there is a 'K2' node added to the Main Datasource, within this node there is an element called DocumentView. This element will contain the current view.
In the attached screenshot I have an example of a Data Validation rule I built out that does this.
