Symptoms

There is a process that uses an InfoPath form that collects information. The form stays "live" in that the process doesn't create a read only version of the form. Every so often the form will be updated. I had to change the template to accommodate a data source for one of the dropdowns instead of using a dropdown with hard coded entries. I would like to go into the individual forms and force them to use the new template.
 

Diagnoses

K2 process will open specific version of the form template from the form library. I suggested to modify the template and reimport back to form library using the attached Workaround.docx.

 

Resolution

Customer was able to modify the steps in the attached workaround.docx to resolve the issue.
