I've had a look through the other posts and can't find an answer to this one ...

 I have an InfoPath form with many different views.  When the form is first completed (to kick off the process) it submits successfully.  Fot the next step another view - subset of the first view - is presented with approve / decline actions.  When submitting get 'an error has occurred while the form was being submitted'.

it's a trusted site, and I can complete the action from the tasklist - it's just from the form that it doesn't wor.

Help wanted please
