I've got an InfoPath process that obtains all of it's actions using the OTB web service.  For some reason when it gets to the "HR Review" activity, the actions don't get populated.  If I rename the Activity to something else like "Human Resources Review", it works fine. 

Anyone ever see this?  Running BP 4.5 (4.1.10060.1.0) with Update KB001040
