Hi all

I have a form that was integrated with 3 different smartobjects (3 different SharePoint lists) during development. After a change in requirements, I did not need  the 3rd smartobject integration. So I deleted the 3rd smartobject  from the SmartObject integration wizard. I also made sure that I deleted all references to the data connection created by smartobject in the form and also deleted the data connection and start rules.

Note that I am doing all this from within Visual Studio InfoPath integration wizard and refreshed the form in the InfoPath integration wizard several times.

Now, I went ahead and deleted the library in SharePoint and the smartobject.

When I tried to finish InfoPath integration wizard, I got smartobject could not be found error. When I tried to deploy the workflow, I got smartobject could not be found error.  (the guid of the missing smartobject is the list which deleted).

The bottom line is even though I deleted smartobject from SmartObject Integration wizard, k2 thought that the form is still integrating with the deleted smartobject.

How can cleanly delete all references to the smartobject from the InfoPath?

Thanks
