Uncaught Type Error: cannot read property of style undefined

Since upgrading to SmartForms 1.07 from 1.03, views that hang when running.
This will produce an infinite spinner

 

Diagnoses

The above JS error is noticed in the developer tools for the behaviour of Radio Button Lists and Multi Select Check Box Lists.
It was discovered that there were controls that did not have default watermarks that was causing the views to have an infinite loop
 

Resolution

This is a known issue that was detected in K2 SmartForms 1.0.6 and has been scheduled to be fixed in future releases.

As a workaround, they should add a watermark to the view
So for every radio button and check box list you need to add a valid watermark.
