Hello - how can I increase the number of rows without using pagination in catalog view. It currently only displays 4, I want it to display 8 rowa.

If you are referring to a list view, it will automatically display all of the rows in a view. Unless you are implementing some method to shorten the list, adding more items to the view should increase the number of items displayed.
