Symptoms

There is some issue with the Security Label. At times, when domain user login, the security label shows the user is logged in under the K2SQL security label. This is causing some permission problems, especially when trying to access workspace and management site.

Resolution

Update the claim mapping for K2SQL security label. In the claim for K2SQL security label, under the Security Label section, make sure the following are also added:

1. Original Issuer set to FormsSTS
2. Claim Type set to http://schemas.K2.com/identity/claims/securitylabelname
