Symptoms
Deleting artifacts and then refreshing the Service Instance via K2 Management page creates inconsistencies and associated errors.
Diagnoses
The Service Object gets deleted from the backend, but the SmO remain, creating inconsistencies
Resolution
This is fixed in 4.6.9. From 4.6.9, when you delete the SMO artifacts we DO actually delete the SMO from the K2 Server, thus when you refresh the service instance we will remove the Service Object for the deleted list if it was deleted and no more inconsistent SMO.
