Symptoms

Dear Team,

We are unable to perform GO TO Activities in the new server that we have migrated for replacement for XXX-WF-1 Server.

We were able to successfully test this functionality before migration on XXX-WFTEMP-1 Server.

Post migration the instances that were created in XXX-WF-1 Server are not responsding to GO TO Activity action. It remains in the same activity.

Also We are not getting any error message .

We need your urgent support , as production is completely down.

Check the K2server..dbo._server for entries of the old k2 server since the database is backed up from the old server

Resolution:
"
deleting the entries for the old k2 servers in K2server..dbo._server from the database, resulted in solving the "Go to Activity" issue.

"
