If you ever find yourself in K2 designer and doing some exploring you my happen upon the 'Manage Issuers' form located at System>>Management>>Security>>Forms. Leave it alone. The only thing that you can achieve with this form is destruction of the security providers for your Appit instance and if you lose those, everything will break. The only way to revert the damage will be to rollback the database and potentially lose any and all development that was done in the interval between the time of the last back-up and the moment the Issuers were deleted.
