Client requested documentation on service account password change impacts.
 

Diagnoses


No documentation exists at this moment but it is being created. Provided client with the information I had.

 

Resolution

Provided client with information regarding what can occur when a service account password is changed and what to expect. If you need to change the service account password, you will have to re-cache the password in workspace. If you use the service account statically or for Exchange, those things would break. You would have to go into each broken item and update the password manually. K2 Connect is currently being tested for password changes, if this breaks, you will more than likely need to update it manually. Client will open a new ticket if he has any other questions.
