Image in mail | Community

Hi,

I have an image in the email generated either from email event or client event from workflow.

I have kept the image in k2 server and using the same in workflow.

The problem is the image is not loaded in the email.

Please provide input to solve this problem.

This has not been tested, but perhaps the following is possible:

1. Create an HTML template for your email

2. Embed the image you want into the HTML template with Base64 encoding similarly to:

3. Use the K2 "Load HTML template" functionality to customize you email with the HTML template containing the embed image:

I am using the html template only. The problem is sometimes the image is visible and sometimes it is not loading.

So not sure, why the behavior is like this?

If it is intermittently working, is your environment in a farm configuration with more than one K2 server nodes?
