Diagnoses

Currently all the K2 apps are in one IIS app pool, sometimes users experience the intermittent loss of connectivity, once the app pool is recycled , the connection is back. Currently the app pool is set to be recycled every 90 minutes. Is the any recommendation to allocate the web apps to app pools?


 

Resolution

SmartForms IIS application was moved to it's own app pool with default settings. Memory on the server was also increased on the server to 16gb.
