Symptoms
When using IE8, the following error is encountered when accessing SmartForms:
Multiple authentication attempts detected,
Detected an instance where Relying Trust is not configured properly, and requesting tokens repeatedly. Please ensure that the link to the K2 Server is added to the browser's trusted sites.
Diagnoses
Works fine when using IE9 and Chrome
Resolution
Clear IE8 browser's cache and restart IE8.
