Symptoms

Print Preview/Printing in Internet Explorer has missing pages for forms/views which span more than two pages. It happens when view or form contains elements/controls causing view to span beyond 2 pages, and in this scenario Print Preview/Printing in IE does not show anything else after the second page. The same functionality works fine in Google Chrome.

Diagnoses

This is known issue (internal ID 686394) in K2 4.6.x - 4.7 with coldfix available for 4.7. Apart from coldfix you can consider the following workarounds:

- Move controls around or divide the view into two separate views so that each view does not go beyond two pages on the print preview.
- Use Google Chrome PDF printing
- Use a larger print page on IE. For example If they are using Letter or A5, then use A4. If A4 try A3, etc.
- Use the PDF Control. This is not browser dependent - see attached 4.7 package.

Please pay attention to workaround PDF Control which may also work for older versions and in my opinion is a good one. See attached package - just use this view - place your content on it and use Create PDF button on it which will create PDF to preview and print if necessary.
