I have a list lookup control that filters on a single line text control. Within the single line of text control, I am performing a List Lookup, however when I create a new item, The List Lookup is stuck on loading, but if I edit an existing item,the List Lookup displays the values. Please assist

could you post configuration of both lookup and single line text controls?

I somehow do not understand how would you be able to make a lookup from single line text control.

btw, if you are correct with your description, what the reason to filter lookup CONTROL based on result of lookup FUNCTION. why not to filter one lookup control based on another lookup control? that's a proven way how to do it - search the forum for cascaded dropdowns/lookups
