We can not see Workflow Flow after Update 4.6.9 !
 

 

Resolution

The first issue with viewflow error on workspace (both on k2 server and on client machines) was resolved by re-running K2 blackpearl setup wizard with an option "configure". This is to ensure that the correct bindings are picked up and registered on web.config file and on environment library. We suspect that during upgrade to 469 there were errors that were either ingored / unnoticed which lead to viewflow not being accessible.

The second issue with viewflow error on SharePoint (both on K2 server and on client machines) was resolved by ensuring that the workflow URL on environment library is pointing to something like "k2.denallix.com" instead of something like "k2.denallix.com/workspace" for both http and https URLs. See below on how these can be changed:

Open Workspace site -> Management Console -> Environment Library -> Templates -> Default Template -> your environment] -> Environment Fields. Ensure that "workspace Url" entry is as above.
