HI,

what am I missing. I have an Infopath Form (4views) and an Infopath process in K2. I can fill out my request view and submit it. It works fine (can see it also in the View Flow in workspace). Status is "active" and it also appears in my worklist but I am always getting a "Page cannot be found error message" (Http Error 404 File or Directory not found)

Someone can help ?

Thx
Where exactly do you get this error? After clicking on the worklist item?

Regards,
Ockert
Hi Ockert,

yes exactly.
That's what it says then:

The page cannot be found
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Please try the following:

Make sure that the Web site address displayed in the address bar of your browser is spelled and formatted correctly.
If you reached this page by clicking a link, contact the Web site administrator to alert them that the link is incorrectly formatted.
Click the Back button to try another link.
HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

Technical Information (for support personnel)

Go to Microsoft Product Support Services and perform a title search for the words HTTP and 404.
Open IIS Help, which is accessible in IIS Manager (inetmgr), and search for topics titled Web Site Setup, Common Administrative Tasks, and About Custom Error Messages.

One additional question. In the infopath process wizard (step Infopath Server Event Item) when I choose the "Save to file" option where exectly will the file be saved and can I change the path ?

Thx
I ve see this before and if I recall correctly it was because of IIS Settings that prohibit ASP .NET 1.1 Web service extensions, the message is not clear and misleading.

Follow the steps:
1. Click on "Start>Control Panel"
2. Open "Administrative Tools"
3. Open "Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager"
4. Expand the node for the relevant web server
5. Click on the "Web Service Extensions" node
6. Select the ASP.NET Web Service Extension from the list on the right hand side
7. Click on the "Allow"
8. Close the "Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager" console
9. just to be sure, do an IIS Reset 😃

Let me know if this resolved the issue
Thx Renier,

your right that was also one issue, but in my case it was my own mistake as well. I saved the file to a wrong location "File Path" and "File URL" in Infopath Client event Item step. No everything works out fine.

Thx for help
