Symptoms

I have a SharePoint Online site collection.
- I have added the K2 application to this site collection.
- I am then trying to run the K2 application registration wizard, and am getting a HTTP 500 error from the K2 Trust site.

Diagnoses

After some time researching and adding the sites to the trusted sites we were still having the issue. Reviewing the database and checking the claims tables did not provide any insights.

Resolution

During an online meeting we reviewed the Environment Library and notice that the SmartForms Runtime SSL Default field was set to False. After we set it to True we were able to run the registration wizard successfully.
