How would I configure a Flexi task to have just one outcome?

in addition (it's not written in the post) I would add that, if you need to have only one outcome, you have to expand the "Advanced Options" section in the Flexi Task settings and check "Do not create branches", after that you can remove one of the default outcomes, so you can have a Flexi Task with just a single outcome.
