Hello,

I'm trying to catalogue all of our workflows (on-prem) before we move to cloud. Is there a way to see all workflows being used accross all sites, lists etc without having to go through each site individually.

We manage a few 100 sites and I dont really have time to look through each one individually.

I couldnt find a previous post/knowledge article showing how to do so.

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks in advance.

There are two ways to do this, you could connect with your account manager and obtain what is known as the "know your workflow" script, or you could download a trial of Nintex Hawkeye from the Nintex trial page and connect it to your farm. This would help you visualize where all your workflows are.

NWAdmin.exe -o FindWorkflows

How do you use this?

You can also check this script from @aaron_labiosa

I would suggest to use the Nintex Workflow Administration tool to do this. You can run this tool on one of your SharePoint Servers. (Below guide is for Nintex 2016, but most of them also applies on Nintex 2013).

Use the FindWorkflow parameter to list all workflows.
