Symptoms

I cannot figure out how to use the K2 Form Viewer Web Part. I added it to the site page, but it is just a blank List View. There is nothing to configure and I cannot place the form URL anywhere.
 

Diagnoses

The List View is actually a search function for all K2 forms that exist on the Smartform Server.
 

Resolution

To have a Smartform show up in this web part please take the following steps.

Add the Form Viewer web part to your SharePoint page.
Use the search bar in the web part to search for the Form you would like to display.
When you find the form you would like to display, select it and click submit.
