One thing that may be of concern is when you are wanting to know what SmartObjects may be associated with a particular site or subsite and how you may find this. To do this you will need to access the K2 Management page and look at the items to the left in the object browser. You should see a section called Categories which you will want to expand. After expanding this section you should have a section labeled as SharePoint 2013 that you will expand and you will see your main site folder. Under this section you can now expand the Sites folder which holds the sites and subsites available to you. Depending on how you are set up in this aspect you should be able to easily find the site that you are looking for. Expand this folder and you will see the Libraries, Lists and Sites tied to this instance and each will tell you what SmartObjects are associated with each.
