How to use custom Worklist instead of Out Of Box Worklist in K2 Workflow.
 

Diagnoses

I have created K2 studio approval workflow and I am assigning the WF task to different SharePoint Groups for approval. When the approvers wants to approve the task they must use Out Of Box K2 Worklist items dashboard, instead I want to use my own list as Worklist for approve/decline the assigned task.

How do I use my own list as worklist items.?

 

Resolution

The OOB Worklist will not be able to allow you to join your SmartObject used in your list view.
