How to use an InfoPath form in several Review Actions?

Hi!
I am using an InfoPath 2010 form for my review.

I have a few similar reviews. Can I use the same form for them? And how can I achieve this?

    I just tried "copy and paste". Some links were not working, but most of them.

    I thought this is an easy way, but is there a better one? The problem is that my data connections are not there anymore and that's why my links don't work. Any ideas?
