We developed a infopath, which will be sent to different user for approval. User has two option in form
1. Submit- user can submit the form and workflow will be moved to next level for next approval.
2. Save : in this user just update the values in infopath so that he can submit that later on .
How can we do this using K2 Blackpearl. Can we update the infopath form values without sending the workflows to next level.
you can do this easily at process design level. On your Infopath Client event wizard, at the Action setting page, you can add an action (for example : "SAVE"), then change the default checked boxes to "this action update the cleint event" in place of "complete".
Then you will have a new action available and this action will just update the values without completing the step.
