I have a fairly complex workflow that features a series of checkboxes allowing the user to select certain supplies.  If any one of these options are changed after the initial request, a workflow would trigger to notify the organizer of those changes in the request. 

I have defined a conditional trigger to start the workflow when the current value of each flag does not match the previous value (connected by an OR connector).  This workflow appears to trigger every time the record is changed, even if the changes are not to the checkboxes named in the condition.

How can I make this notification happen when these items change?
