Dear, all

I'm very new to use the K2, recently, I try to set up a workflow for document library, The workflow starts once a document is created.

I want keeping the evidence for the requirement as below:

1.Track the approvers name, approval date and comment as columns so we do not need the workflow history and more

2.Change the  permissions for the document and its meta data to read only.

Could you give me some Idea to implement these function.
