No direct functionality at the moment.
Resolution
The easiest way to do this would be to add an outcome from the previous step that skips the "commented" step. You could add logic to both the original and bypass outcomes that checks for a boolean value in a data field. In effect you could toggle that workflow path (like a railroad switch) by changing the default value of that data field.
Otherwise, if you already have multiple outcomes, you can just disable the outcome that leads to the event you want to disable.
