Hi Experts,

In our current design we are storing all the documents(Which are attaching by the end user in the K2 smart form) are storing in the sharepoint.

And we are planning to change the whole design, instead of storing the documents in sharepoint we are planning to store them in the Physical storage.

Could you please give an idea how exactly we can access the physical storage drive by using out of Box k2 functionality.

Regards

Amar

Hi Amar, not sure there is an OOTB way to do this, have a look a this broker on the market: http://community.k2.com/t5/K2-blackpearl/File-Service-Broker/ba-p/65536

Andrew is correct that if you intend to store them on the file system it will take some 3rd party custom broker.

However, I have a question about your solution. Do you have one K2 server node or two? If one, then not really a big deal logistically, but if you have a farm what ever file path you chose to store the files need to be accessbile to both nodes as the service instance configuration is shared across a farm. Most likely you would need to pick a network location to save the files so that it is farm friendly.
