I have emailevent to set FROM address field dynamically based on the user role. I have 'Data Entry Activity' and 'GP entry Activity' and roles are defined for smartform client event in destination user in each activity. If 'Rejection Review' action is selected by the user in that role, it should send email notification and add the user into the FROM Address field dynamically who submit the form to rejection review. Please take a look a the flow diagram. Please help. Thank you.
Have you considered using an infline function? There is one under the logical category for "IF" that may do what you need. Also, you will most likely need to save some user information to a process datafield(s) to be able to make this more dynamic.
Thank you Scott for your suggestion. But I do not know how to check for the user and its email using if Condition. Your second suggestion to save the user info into the data-field seems to be viable one to try. Thank you.
