Hi all,


 


In K2 Blackpearl you can choose to send a notification of a default client event to the destination user.


You are able to configure this notification in the K2 workspace.


 


I have a requirement that the somebody else should also receive the notification(CC), but not the task itself.


I don’t have the option of a CC-field in the K2 workspace.


How can I add a user in the CC of the notification?

Hi Mark,


You should be able to get to the event code of the destination rule, and add code that will send the CC'd email/user.

If you don't want to add code, you can drag an email activity to be sent at the same time as the task assignment and then configure the email activity.
