How to select multiple items when using the smartforms multi-select control. Also, there is no search functionality in multi-select controls.
 

Diagnoses

Multi-Select control does not have search functionality. Only certain sequences work for selecting multi select control.
 

Resolution

To select multiple items when using the smartforms multi-select control, you can use the Ctrl key click to select multiple items. This is expected behavior. SHIFT key will not work with multiple items. Labs team has also logged the following feature request: K2SF Feature request: Multi-Select control: Ability to have search functionality for the Multi-Select control via key press event.
