I have a very simple flow, no SharePoint lists, not integration…just send an email.  I’d like to have this on a process schedule, every day at 11AM.  I tried to go to the SharePoint Scheduler for K2 but the process isn’t available to schedule.  I assume this is because it’s not a K2 SharePoint Integrated workflow – and it doesn’t need to be.

What’s the best way to schedule a process?

Hi Jensor,

To my knowledge the best practice would to be to use the K2 Process Schedular which requires SharePoint integration of the process you wish to schedule. Please see the link below which discusses this in more detail.

I will confirm with my collegues if there is another way.

You could also create a console app that starts the process via the K2 API.  Then just use windows task scheduler to schedule the console app.
