Symptoms


Currently, there is a K2 instance which the status had been set to Completed although it does not go through the whole K2 workflow process. It is due to the instance does not fulfil one of the Line Rule and not able to go to the next activity. The instance does not throw any error when the Line Rule is not met but change the workflow status to Completed. Due to this instance is already completed, therefore we can't find it under WorkLists page to do a redirect. Therefore, is there a way that can reactivate the K2 instance so that it can continue the workflow?

This behavior is by design.
 

Resolution

Unfortunately no, once a workflow is completed, it cannot be restarted.
