2. Login as the existing Global admin user
   
3. Create a new service account user and give that user a global admin permissions
   
4. Allocate that user the site collection admin rights (allows the new user to run the registration wizard on the site)
   
5. Make that user also a K2 Server Admin in the management site (it avoids lock out)
   
6. Within the management site -> Authentication -> OAuth -> Tokens
   
7. Delete the token WHERE Resource Type = ‘Microsoft Online’ AND Username= ‘current global admin’
   
8. Delete the two other tokens WHERE Resource Type = ‘Microsoft Online’ AND Username=’Kuid’

8. Login to SharePoint online as the new global admin user
   
9. Run the registration wizard
   
10. The user will get the consent page
    
11. New token will be registered
