How to package the Nintex forms and Nintex workflow

Hi All,

Could you kindly let me know how should i package the application I have developed using nintex form and 4 nintex workflow.

It also contains lookup columns and multiple lists in it.

I have to move the application from development environment to staging environment.

I know one option of export nintex form and nintex workflow and then List template. but it will be in pieces and time consuming.
