Symptoms
I have an issue with K2 Workspace Delete Task / Activity functionality.
What I did in K2 Workspace:
1. Open K2 Workspace, Select Management Console
2. Open Workflow Server Processes Pick my Process Instances
3. Select all my Instances and mark them as Remove.
What is shown in my Process Overview Report is that All of them are marked as deleted which is the way I wanted them to be.
However, in my Activity Instance Chart, they are still showing as Active Activity Instances.
When I had a look at Activity Instance Destination Smart-Object, their Statuses are still set as Active (not deleted). I believe this is why my chart still showing these 14 “active activities”.
How can I exclude them?
Diagnoses
After testing, it was determined that the user did not select the 'Remove Log Entries' checkbox when deleting.
Resolution
When you remove the instance, please check the 'Remove Log Entries' checkbox.
This will remove the instance completely.
Keeping that box unchecked will stop it processing, but will preserve the transaction for statistical purposes.
