Is there any way in a SmartForm to allow users to navigate to a URL located on a form?

This is a useful application to implement and there is in fact a way to allow a user to follow a URL link to a specific page in SmartForms. This is done in the Designer section of K2 Appit for SharePoint and this link provides the specific details on how to allow users to access pages using a hyperlink added to a form:
