What should be done if a step in a workflow needs to be created after the workflow has been designed or if a step has been deleted?
Answer
Sometimes when creating a workflow in K2 Appit for SharePoint you may need to delete a step in the workflow or you may have accidentally deleted a step and saved the workflow making it difficult to reproduce a complicated workflow from scratch. There is a way to reconfigure the workflow to re-add a step and link it to all the other steps without needing to do the entire process over again. For this example a simple workflow is created but the process should remain the same no matter the scale of the project.
