Need to update SMTP Details with Connection String Editor

Resolution 

SMTP settings may be changed using the ConnectionStringEditor.exe located in the Host ServerBin directory of the K2 Blackpearl installation root.

On the left side of the window, locate the SMTP entry, then on the right connection details will be displayed and editable.

Ensure the connection strings are saved by clicking the Save button in the top left corner. After that, restart the K2 service to commit the changes
