I am still learning development as this is not my primary role. I have created a nice form that is working great with a pretty straight forward workflow. However my email notifications are not clean.

I created a table in the email and insert the reference for each point on the form but this does not come across really clean. I would like to know the best and easiest way that I can take my Form and embedded it into the body of the email notifications
